Crowdfunding Media

Description:

Using a model similar to Loudsauce's (https://loudsauce.com) crowdfunded media-buying campaigns to purchase prime billboards, newspaper adds or other local media space to promote a 'people's message'.

The twist: Crowdsource the message, in an upvote/downvote format (similar to reddit.com) to allow participants to not only fund the message, but create it through suggesting messages and voting on a favorite.

The highest-voted message would be advertised.
